Performa Optima Group is a holding company of several subsidiaries engaged in the procurement of IT and non-IT goods for the government and private sector. We are looking for Sales Managers, each for Furniture, Medical Equipment and Hardware products. Some of the responsibilities of the Sales Manager are developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets. Building and maintaining relationships with users, stakeholders, vendors and teams. Present sales, revenue, expense reports, and realistic forecasts to the upline.

Qualification

• Five years or more sales experience in the Furniture/Hardware/Medical Equipment industry and three years or more experience as a team leader or manager.
• Government procurement experience (B2G) is preferred.
• Ability to lead a team, work under pressure, and targets.
• Emphasize honesty and integrity.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Placement in Surabaya, East Java.
